CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Information required to process (U.S. & Canada): Item's ordered, card type, card number, expiry date, name as it appears on the card, full billing address of the card, telephone number of billing address, ship-to name, full shipping address, telephone number of the shipping address.

WIRE TRANSFERS (U.S., Canada & International)
Customers can order item by transferring funds in US$ or CND$ to MSC company account. Please contact MSC for details.

Shipping

For shipping cost quotation by UPS (U.S. & Canada) provide ship-to postal code or zip code.

Using customer’s shipping account (U.S. & Canada) provide carrier name and customer shipping account number.

For shipping cost quotation for pallets/containers (U.S., Canada & International) provide full shipping address.

Sales Tax and Duties

Ontario Destinations
Customer-end user: 7% GST and 8% PST will apply.
Customer-reseller: 7% GST will apply (Must fill out PST exempt form).
Canadian Destinations outside Ontario: Customer-end user and reseller: 7% GST will apply.

All U.S. Destinations
No sales tax will be charged; shipping cost will cover all duties.

International Destinations
No sales tax will be charged. Customers are responsible for any duties/charges at the point of entrance to their respective countries.
